WHY DID JESUS CHRIST SUFFER?

Still in the spirit of Easter (Jesus Christ's suffering, death-crucifixion, burial and resurrection), I will love to inform you today of the critical benefits of the SUFFERING (on our behalf as born sinners) of JESUS CHRIST.

We were ALL (humanity) born with SIN and into SIN by our biological parents because of the SIN committed at the beginning of the World by humanity's parents (Adam and Eve). (Genesis 3; Psalm 51:1-5; Job 14:1,2; Romans 3:23).

Therefore, we ALL are qualified for Satan's oppression, Curse (suffering and sorrow) and surely, eternal DEATH, but JESUS CHRIST stood in for us (humanity). Halleluyah! THANK YOU JESUS! (John 1:1-14; Ephesians 2:1-10).

However, apart from the suffering JESUS CHRIST went through to learn obedience as He grew from Childhood to Adulthood, the suffering of JESUS CHRIST on our behalf (place) as an Adult before His crucifixion (death on the Cross of Calvary) has some spiritual and physical benefits for you and I. (Hebrews 5:1-10; Galatians 4:1-11).

The Bible reveals that:

He (JESUS CHRIST) was despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He (JESUS CHRIST) was despised and we esteemed Him not.

Surely he (JESUS CHRIST) had borne OUR GRIEFS and carried OUR SORROWS: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted.

But He (JESUS CHRIST) was wounded for OUR TRANSGRESSIONS, He (JESUS CHRIST) was bruised for OUR INIQUITIES: the chastisement of OUR PEACE was upon Him; and with His stripes we are HEALED (from all forms of illness).

We (humanity) all like sheep have gone ASTRAY; we have turned every one to his OWN WAY; and the Lord has laid on Him (JESUS CHRIST) the iniquity of US ALL.

He (JESUS CHRIST) was oppressed and He was afflicted, yet He opened not His mouth: He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he opened not His mouth.

He (JESUS CHRIST) was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare His generation? For He was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of MY PEOPLE (you and I) was he stricken.

And He (JESUS CHRIST) made His grave with the wicked and with the rich in His death; because He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth.

Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He (JESUS CHRIST) had put Him to grief: when thou shall make His Soul an offering for SIN, He shall see His Seed, He shall prolong His days and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.

He shall see of the travail of His Soul and shall be satisfied: by His knowledge shall My righteous servant (JESUS CHRIST) justify many (you and I); for He shall bear their iniquities.

Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He (JESUS CHRIST) had poured out His Soul into DEATH (on behalf of you and I ): and He was numbered with the transgressors and He (JESUS CHRIST) bare the SIN of many and made intercession for the transgressors. Halleluyah! THANK YOU JESUS! (Isaiah 53; Matthew 27; 1 Peter 2).

You and I are qualified for all JESUS CHRIST went through as stated above, but He choose to stand in for you and I. Think about it!

Therefore, there is no more CONDEMNATION to you and I in Christ Jesus before God anymore because of what JESUS CHRIST did for you and I. You and I are VINDICATED (justified innocence) and ACQUITTED (set free from Sin, Satan, Curse and Eternal-death) in Christ Jesus before God. Halleluyah! THANK YOU JESUS! (Romans 8:1,2; Romans 8:31-39; Galatians 3:13,14; John 3:16-21).

Remember, only those who consciously believe and receive JESUS CHRIST as their personal Lord and Saviour that He the Son of God, sets free and he or she is free indeed. (John 8:36; John 1:12).

Have you truly believed and received Him?

Remember, there is no more benefits of the suffering of JESUS CHRIST after death or rapture. Think about it and take advantage of His suffering now before it will be too late for you, and after you do so, remain a GENUINE BELIEVER in righteousness. (Isaiah 55:6-12; Hebrews 9:27, 28).

You may ask, why do I still suffer in Christ in this World after I have believed and received JESUS CHRIST genuinely as my personal Lord and Saviour? Smart question you ask here. Kudos!

The truth is, the suffering you have experienced, currently experiencing or will experience in future in Christ is nothing to be compared to what you actual deserve as a born SINNER and taken upon Himself by JESUS CHRIST.

Apostle Paul called our suffering in Christ in the World as LIGHT AFFLICTION that works or produces for us a far more exceeding and eternal WEIGHT OF GLORY (here on earth and in heaven some day, if will we faithfully endure it by the help of the Holy Spirit of God in us, based on the Word of God). (2 Corinthians 4).

He also called it, fellowship of His (Christ's) sufferings, being made conformable unto His death. It is an UNUSUAL FELLOWSHIP designed by God to mature (grow up) you and I spiritually in Christ in this World for the work He (God) has ordained for each of us in Christ on earth. (Philippians 3:10; Romans 8:14-19; James 1:2-4, 12-15; Ephesians 2:5-10).
