Lets begin by reading this scripture together:
Behold, the LORD'S HAND is not SHORTENED, that it cannot save; neither His ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perverseness. None CALLS for justice, nor any PLEADS for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity. (Isaiah 59:1-4).
From the above scriptural passage, the HAND of GOD can be SHORTENED from performing miracles, signs and wonders for His own. True!
Likewise, the HAND of GOD can be STRETCHED out to perform miracles, signs and wonders for His own. True!
The Bible reveals thus:
To Him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for His mercy endures for ever: And brought out Israel from among them: for His mercy endures for ever: With a STRONG hand, and with a STRETCHED out arm: for his mercy endures for ever. (Psalm 136:10-12; Jeremiah 32:17).
These are men and women who will MOVE the HAND of GOD to perform miracles, signs and wonders for them and for others through them in 2017:
1. Men and women who are APPROVED unto God in Christ in this World.
The Bible reveals thus:
Study to show yourself APPROVED unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15).

2. Men and women who are BORN again genuinely (known by God) in Christ in this World.
The Bible reveals thus:
Nevertheless the foundation of God stands sure, having this seal, The Lord KNOWS them that are His. And, Let every one that names the name of Christ DEPART from iniquity. (2 Timothy 2:19-22; Galatians 4:8,9).

3. Men and women who are COMPASSIONATE enough like God to reach out to others in Christ in this World.
The Bible reveals thus:
And of some have COMPASSION, making a difference. (Jude 1:22; Matthew 25:31-46).

4. Men and women who are DOGGEDLY committed to God in terms of fulfilling their high calling (life purpose) in Christ in this World.
The Bible reveals thus:
I PRESS toward the mark for the prize of the HIGH CALLING of God in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:13,14; Romans 11:29; Ephesians 2:8-10).

5. Men and women who are EFFECTIVELY fervent in prayer to God in Christ in this World.
The Bible reveals thus:
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that you may be healed. The EFFECTUAL fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit. (James 5:16-18).

The Bible reveals thus:

9. Men and women who are INSPIRED by the Holy Spirit in Christ in this World before the sight of God.

10. Men and women who are JUSTIFIED by God in Christ living by faith before God in Christ in this World.

The Bible reveals thus:

(Joshua 1:8; Philippians 4:8,9; Psalm 1:1-3; Psalm 19:7-14).

21. Men and women who are UNITING the household of God in Christ in this World.
The Bible reveals thus:
Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in UNITY! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore. (Psalm 133; Ephesians 4:1-7)

24. Men and women who X-RAY themselves from worldly lusts and pride before God in Christ in this World.
The Bible reveals thus:
Love NOT the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is NOT of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust thereof: but he that does the will of God abides for ever. (1 John 2:15-17; James 1:12-15).

25. Men and women who are not YIELDING to worldly ways and manners before God in Christ in this World.

And be NOT conformed to this world: but be you transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:1,2; Psalm 24:3-6).
