It is written, BE you HOLY, for I am HOLY. (1 Peter 1:14-19)
That is to say, you must LOVE what God loves and HATE what God hates to be in the good book of God and TO QUALIFY for His BLESSINGS and LIFTING in Christ par time in this World. I guess you do not expect to be in FRIENDSHIP with the WORLD and at the same time be in FRIENDSHIP with GOD and enjoy His HELP in this World. The Bible reveals that such compromise it is NOT possible with GOD. You are either in friendship with God and an enemy with the World par time or the other way round. True! (James 4:1-10; 1 John 2:15-17; 1 John 5:18-21; 1 Peter 5:6-10).
