I will love to begin this way as I feel led to. A friend of mine living outside Nigeria read my yesterday's message on the BENEFITS of we genuine Christians ENDURING in faith to OVERCOME our divinely permitted struggling, suffering or sorrowing of whatsoever challenges we are currently facing in Christ in this World and wrote thus:
"Thank you man of God. It amazes me how u do this consisently. God bless you sir."
He means how I consistently write messages daily and I replied him thus:
To God be the Glory. It is the GRACE (the Holy Spirit of Christ measure) given to me brother. I do it effortlessly to the glory of God. There is some MEASURE of God 's grace in each of us to do something in Christ effortlessly in this World. It is the SECRET or KEY to good success and satisfaction in Christ in this world. God bless you too.
Yes, each of us who are genuinely SAVED (Born Again) by God in Christ in this World have a MEASURE of GOD'S GRACE (the Holy Spirit of Christ enabling ability in each of us) that was FREELY GIVEN to each of us to make each of us uniquely DIFFERENT in Christ in this World and to be able to make specific DIFFERENCE in Christ in this World. True! Take note, take heed!
That is what Apostle Paul was explaining thus:
For I say, through the GRACE given unto ME, to EVERY MAN that is among you, NOT to think of himself MORE HIGHLY than he ought to think; BUT to think soberly, according as GOD has dealt to EVERY MAN the MEASURE of FAITH. For as we have MANY MEMBERS in ONE BODY, and all members have NOT the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. Having then GIFTS differing according to the GRACE that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teaches, on teaching; Or he that exhorts, on exhortation: he that gives, let him do it with simplicity; he that rules, with diligence; he that shews mercy, with cheerfulness. (Romans 12:3-8; 1 Corinthians 2:9-16).
Please you can read the above scriptural reference once again. Now, the DIVISIONS in the Body of Christ today is as a result of PRIDE or LACK of the KNOWLEDGE not knowing that each of us has being graciously or freely GIVEN some MEASURE of GOD'S GRACE (the Holy Spirit of Christ enabling ability in each of us) in this World that makes each of us uniquely DIFFERENT to make specific DIFFERENCE in Christ in this World. True! Take note, take heed!
The above scriptural truth has made NO ONE in Christ really IMPORTANT than another in this World. I mean from the office of Apostles to the office of Prophets, to the office of the Evangelists, to the office of Pastors, to the office of Teachers and to every members of the Body of Christ, NO ONE is truly better and bigger than the other in Christ in this World. Each of us are instructed not to THINK HIGHLY more than we ought to think because each of us has be given some measure of grace in Christ in this World. Yes, each of us has been given some MEASURE of GOD'S GRACE (the Holy Spirit of Christ enabling ability in each us) to make each of us uniquely DIFFERENT in Christ in this World and to be able to make specific DIFFERENCE in Christ in this World. True! Take note, take heed!
Now, until each of us in the Body of Christ consciously and generally UNDERSTANDS this New Testament (Covenant) gospel truth stated above and consistently humbly RESPECT, SUBMIT TO and CELEBRATE one another MEASURE of GOD'S GRACE (the Holy Spirit of Christ enabling ability in each us), the Devil will KEEP on taking advantage of our PRIDE and CARNAL MINDED DIVISIONS of the Body of Christ in terms of denominations divides. Once again, we ALL carry something to CONTRIBUTE to the building, growth, development and unity of the Body of Christ in this World. That is Bible's revelation to us all, so anything short of that is man's idea. I repeat, NO ONE is GREATER, BETTER and BIGGER than the other in the Body of Christ in this World. We are only different by the MEASURE of GOD'S GRACE (the Holy Spirit of Christ enabling ability) given each of us that we expected to uniquely and differently use to contribute to general wellbeing of the Body of Christ in this World. That is the truth and the whole truth biblically speaking. Take note, take heed!
Please STOP reading at this moment and READ carefully Ephesians 4:1-16 until it gets into your spirit man:
1. You discover that EVERYONE is graced, gifted and called in the Body of Christ in this World.
2. You discover that ONE of the sacred responsibilty of the fivefold office holders in Christ in this World apart from perfecting the Saints and edifying of the Body of Christ is to HELP each member of the Body of Christ in this World (including YOU) discover their unique and specific MINISTRY (area of grace, gifting, calling and work) in Christ in this World. (Colossians 4:17).
3. You discover that EACH OF US are instructed to KEEP the UNITY of the SPIRIT (of the Body of Christ) in the bond of PEACE and not doing so makes us not walking worthy of the Christianity profession we are called into in Christ by God in this World. Now, Apostle Paul addressing DENOMINATIONAL DIVIDES issue in the days of the Corinthians Church stated clearly thus:
For you are yet CARNAL: for whereas there is among you ENVYING, and STRIFE, and DIVISIONS, are ye not carnal, and WALK as MEN? For while one said, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are YOU not CARNAL? WHO then is Paul, and WHO is Apollos, BUT ministers by whom you believed, even as the Lord gave to EVERY MAN? I have planted, Apollos watered; BUT God gave the increase. So then neither is he that plants any thing, neither he that waters; but God that gives the increase. Now he that plants and he that waters are one: and EVERY MAN shall receive his OWN REWARD according to his OWN LABOUR. For we are LABOURERS together with God: you are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. According to the GRACE of GOD which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds thereon. But LET EVERY MAN take heed how he BUILDS thereupon. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; EVERY MAN'S work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try EVERY MAN'S work of what sort it is. If ANY MAN'S work abide which he had built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If ANY MAN'S work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. Therefore LET NO MAN GLORY IN MEN. For all things are yours; Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; 23. And ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's. (1 Corinthians 3:3-15,21-23; Matthew 20:1-16).
Can you read again the above scriptural reference and take note of how many times Apostle Paul used EVERY MAN and ANY MAN, which includes you and every genuine followers of our Lord Jesus Christ in this World? No one is exempted! No one! Therefore, I hear the Holy Spirit of Christ that is within me saying that each of us now MUST break down the DENOMINATIONAL WALLS in our MINDS and START WORKING TOGETHER for the UNITY of the Body of Christ in this World, lest we continue to:
1. HELP the Davil to weaken the Body of Christ in the World,
2. GIVE reason to the people of the World to mock us and finally, we
3. DENY ourselves God's REVIVAL and BLESSINGS that only COMES UPON His people on Earth by walking and working in UNITY. True! Take note, take heed! (Psalm 133; Acts 1 and 2).
In the light of the above, We must ALL now consciously and consistently STOP GLORY (praise) in MEN saying this is my Apostle, this is my Prophet, this is my Evangelist, this is my Pastor, this is my Teachers, this my Church and this is my Church member and all that because we ALL ONE IN CHRIST IN THIS WORLD. We must now ALL consciously FOCUS on Jesus Christ, the one and only Author and Finisher of our Christianity faith and consciously and consistently WORK together for the uniting and building of His Body in this World. This is because ALL THINGS are yours and mine in the Body of Christ. That is, EVERY GRACE freely given to each man or woman in Christ in this World have something useful to ADD to each one of us in the Body of Christ in this World and to make a godly difference in the World. True! We ALL have something in PART to give to the unity, building, growth and general wellbeing of the Body of Christ in this World. I repeat, We ALL ARE ONE in the Body of Christ in this World and have something unique and specific to CONTRIBUTE. True! Take note, take heed! (Ephesians 4; 1 Corinthians 13:11,12; 1 Peter 2:9,10).
Now, you may ask, HOW DO I DISCOVER my own unique MEASURE of GOD'S GRACE (the Holy Spirit of Christ enabling ability in me) of my MINISTRY in Christ in this World?
That is my real mission today as inspired by the Holy Spirit of Christ that is within me in Christ in this World. I am sent to timely inform you that it is PRIMARILY THROUGH your divinely ordained or permitted TRIBULATIONS (tests and trials) that you will face, you will DISCOVER your MEASURE of GOD'S GRACE (the Holy Spirit of Christ enabling ability in you) of your MINISTRY (area of grace, gift, calling and work) in Christ in this World that makes you uniquely DIFFERENT to make specific DIFFERENCE in Christ in this World. True! Take note, take heed!
Apostle Paul revealing this truth stated thus:
Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who COMFORT US in ALL OUR TRIBULATION, that WE may be ABLE to COMFORT THEM which are in any trouble, BY the comfort wherewith WE ourselves are comforted of God. For as the SUFFERINGS of CHRIST abound in us, so our CONSOLATIONS also aboundes by Christ. And whether WE be afflicted, it is FOR your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation. And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as you are partakers of the sufferings, so shall you be also of the consolation. For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life: But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead: Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us; You also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf. (2 Corinthians 1:3-10).
Do you get it?
The truth is that if you are SPIRITUALLY SENSITIVE enough in your seasons of divinely permitted TRIBULATIONS (tests and trials), you will DISCOVER a deep or greater reason for why God permitted such tribulations in your life in the first place. Many great private and public MINISTRIES were birthed from seasons of great TRIBULATIONS (tests and trials) in the lives of the carriers of such visions and missions. True! (1 Corinthians 2:9-16).
So, counting from my yesterday's message on benefits from ENDURACE in TRIBULATIONS, the above truth is yet another very IMPORTANT BENEFIT and reason to LEARN to ENDURE in faith to OVERCOME divinely ordained struggling, suffering or sorrowing of whatsoever challenges you are currently facing or will face in Christ in this World. God do not allow our PAIN to waste without corresponding GAIN. True! Take note, take heed!
Therefore, it will be wise and smart for the fivefold office holders and the whole Body of Christ to encourage each one of us in the Body of Christ to DISCOVER our unique GOD'S GRACE (the Holy Spirit of Christ enabling ability in them) and CONTRIBUTE our unique and specific PART to the Body of God and to the benefit of the World for the glory of God the Father like Apostle Paul often do. The Body of Christ will be brighter, bigger, greater, sweeter, powerful and attractive to the people of the World than that we currently have now. The Body of Christ will truly become a PECULIAR PEOPLE and a HOLY NATION who is a divine SALT on Earth and divine LIGHT to the World indeed that cannot be defeated by or prevailed over by the gates of hell or any human system on Earth. True! Halleluyah! (2 Timothy 4:5; Colossians 4:17; 1 Peter 2:9,10; Matthew 5:13-16; Revelation 5:1-12).
We must always remember that DIVIDED we FALL, UNITED we STAND and we will never heal and help our nations divided. Never! (Mark 3:23-25).
