In continuation of my yesterday's message on the need for us who are genuine in Christ in this World to focus on ENDURANCE to OVERCOME than ENJOYMENT to OVERCOME our life challenges, I am sent today to deliver yet another unpopular message. Are you ready!
Now, I am told to you inform today about the BENEFITS of the need for:
1. You to ENDURE to OVERCOME your STRUGGLING of WHATSOEVER CHALLENGES you are currently facing in Christ in this World instead of compromising to ENJOY in the World's way against God. Take note, take heed!
2. You to ENDURE to OVERCOME your SUFFERING of WHATSOEVER CHALLENGES you are currently facing in Christ in this World instead of compromising to ENJOY in the World's way against God. Take note, take heed!
3. You to ENDURE to OVERCOME your SORROWING of WHATSOEVER CHALLENGES you are currently facing in Christ in this World instead of compromising to ENJOY in the World's way against God. Take note, take heed!
Truth to be told, here are some of the BENEFITS you will surely encounter and experience when you ENDURE in faith to OVERCOME your suffering, struggle or sorrow season of whatsoever challenges you are currently facing in Christ in World instead of compromising to ENJOY against God:
1. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of POWERLESS, you truly and practically encounter and experience the POWER of GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (2 Corinthians 12:5-10).
2. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of POVERTY, you truly and practically encounter and experience the RICHES of GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (2 Corinthians 8:9; Philippians 4:19).
3. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of IGNORANCE, you truly and practically encounter and experience the WISDOM of GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (James 1:2-8).
4. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of WEAKNESS, you truly and practically encounter and experience the STRENGTH of GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (Philippians 4:13; 2 Corinthians 12:5-10).
5. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of DISHONOUR (disappointment), you truly and practically encounter and experience the HONOUR (appointment) of GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (1 Corinthians 1:24-31).
6. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of SHAME, you truly and practically encounter and experience the GLORY of GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (Romans 3:23; Isaiah 60; Isaiah 61:1-7).
7. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of CURSE, you truly and practically encounter and experience the BLESSING of GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (Galatians 3:13,14).
8. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of SICKNESS, you truly and practically encounter and experience the HEALING of GOD in Christ your life and situation. True! (1 Peter 2:24).
9. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of FEAR, you truly and practically encounter and experience the BOLDNESS, SAFETY and SECURITY of GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (Psalm 91; 2 Timothy 1:7).
10. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of DISOBEDIENT, you truly and practically encounter and experience HOW TO BE OBEDIENT to GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (Hebrews 5:8,9).
11. It is through your struggling, suffering or sorrowing season of DRAWING AWAY from God, you truly and practically encounter and experience HOW TO DRAW NEAR to GOD in Christ in your life and situation. True! (James 4:6-10).
12. And so on....
Even Jesus Christ, our ultimate role model for living to please God and to get divine results had to undergo SUFFERING permitted by God to learn OBEDIENCE to GOD, so that He can become what God the Father has designed, anointed and ordained Him to become and achieve for Him on Earth thus:
Though He were a Son, yet LEARNED He OBEDIENCE by the things which He SUFFERED; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; (Hebrews 5:8,9; Mark 14:32-42).
So, don't be deceived to IGNORANTLY REJECT all struggling, suffering and sorrowing you might encounter and experience in Christ in this World. Some are divinely orchestrated to make you QUALIFY (mature) to become who God wants you to BE and wants you to ACHIEVE for Him in Christ in this World. True! Take note, take heed!
That is why Brother James counselled us thus:
My brethren, COUNT it all JOY when you FALL (get) into divers TEMPTATIONS (trials and tests); Knowing this, that the TRYING of your FAITH works PATIENCE. But let patience have her perfect work, that you may be PERFECT and entire, WANTING nothing. (James 1:2-4; 1 Peter 5:6-10).
Do you get it?
That is why Jesus Christ boldly declared to each of us thus:
And He said to them ALL, If any man WILL COME after me, LET him DENY himself, and TAKE UP his CROSS DAILY, and FOLLOW me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels. (Luke 9:23-26; Mark 8:34-38).
I discovered that many genuine Christians are still FULL of THEMSELVES (personalities, positions, powers, popularities, professional skills, possessions, etc) like the rich young man in Luke 18:18-30 and they are not truly ready to DENY THEMSELVES (personalities, positions, powers, popularities, professional skills, possessions, etc) as Jesus Christ requested in the scriptural reference above, CARRY (take up) their DAILY CROSS (struggling, suffering and sorrowing challenges) and FOLLOW Jesus Christ (no matter what), instead they prefer to compromise to ENJOY in the World's ways against God. True! So sad, so bad!
Many Christians are privately PROUD of Jesus Christ, but publicly ASHAMED of Him (Jesus Christ) in this World, so they cannot publicly DENY THEMSELVES (personalities, positions, powers, popularities, professional skills, possessions, etc) for Him in this LUST and PRIDE driven World that is going to SHOTLY pass away with all its lusts and prides as appointed by God, the Designer, Creator and Owner of this World. Jesus Christ said He will deny such too before His Father in Heaven. One of the primary causes of unanswered prayers. Take note, take heed! (1 John 2:15-17; James 1:12-15; James 4:1-5; 1 John 5:14-21; Psalm 24).
Now, know and note that the Bible reveals to us that UNTIL we SUFFER with CHRIST in this World, we cannot be GLORIFIED together with Him now and in Heaven someday. True! (Romans 8:14-19).
That is why Apostle Paul called SUFFERING, FELLOWSHIP with Christ in Philippians 3:10,11. You too must change your MINDSET about SUFFERING in Christ in this World. However, you must par time with the help of the Holy Spirit of Christ that is within you distinguish (discern) between divinely ordained or permitted SUFFERING for you and satanically ordained or orchestrated SUFFERING for you par time. For the divine, you must ENDURE in faith to OVERCOME, but for the satanic, you must RESIST in faith to OVERCOME. True! Take note, take heed! (1 Peter 5:6-10; Ephesians 6:10-18).
Again, know and note that divinely ordained or permitted struggling, suffering and sorrowing of whatsoever challenges each of us are currently facing in Christ in this World are to TRIAL and TEST our FAITH in God and to DEVELOP godly CHARACTERS (fruits of the Spirit) in us in Christ in this World. True! Take note, take heed! (Hebrews 12:1-14; 1 Peter 1:1-9; Galatians 5:16-26).
Finally, let me shock you with this, the Bible reveals that God had set or made both seasons of PROSPERITY and ADVERSITY in each of us life journey through this World, so that no one of us should SEEK any another things other than Him alone in this World. Therefore, the Bible further says that the WHOLE DUTY of you and I in this World is to FEAR GOD and KEEP His commandments because God is going to bring all our works on Earth to JUDGMENT one appointed day. True! Period! Take note, take heed! (Ecclesiastes 7:14; Ecclesiastes 12:13,14; 1 Corinthians 3:6-15; Hebrews 9:27).
