It is written, the LIGHT of the BODY is the EYE: if therefore your EYE be SINGLE, your whole body shall be FULL of LIGHT. But if thine EYE be EVIL, your whole body shall be FULL of DARKNESS. If therefore the light that is in you be darkness, how great is that darkness! (Matthew 6:22,23)
This is to say, LIGHT and DARKNESS come into your BODY through your EYES. Your EYES which is the gateway to your body has its Light or darkness par time depending on WHO or WHAT you are using your EYES to consciously, emotionally and consistently LOOK AT par time. True! If all you use your EYES to emotionally and consistently LOOK AT are celebrities, man made movies and magazines, material things and places of the World and various happenings in the World, then DARKNESS will FILL and FULL your body and you will experience disconnection from God's Power, perfect Peace, Hope and Help and discouragement and hopelessness will set into your life. This is because what you allow your EYES to SEE in this World par time, your BODY will be FULL with it par time. The opposite is true as well that if you consciously, emotionally and consistently LOOK AT JESUS CHRIST (who is the only LIGHT and LIFE of God in this World) through LOOKING AT the Word of God and leading of the Holy Spirit to guide your affairs in this World, you will be connected to God and His LIGHT will FILL and FULL your body and you will experience divine power, perfect peace, hope and help that will enable you safely and soundly go through your journey from Earth to Heaven no matter what. However, you have the choice to choose who or what you LOOK AT par time. True! That was why Job said I have made a COVENANT with my EYES, why should I LOOK upon a young lady. Hmm, it is well! How we need so much young and old Christian of today to learn how to make covenant with their eyes not to lustfully and pridefully look at the people, positions, popularities, places and possessions of this pervaded and passing away World, but make personal COMMITMENT to stay FAITHFUL to God to the end and to the fulfilment of their DIVINE DESTINIES in Christ in this World. Oh, how we need such spiritual DISCIPLINE from genuine Children of God in Christ in this age of so much wickedness against God! WHO and WHAT you are consciously, emotionally and consistently LOOKING at or unto in this World par time matters because it determines if your body will have light or darkness par time. True! (John 1:1-14; Hebrews 12:1-14; Job 31:1; 1 John 2:15-17; James 1:12-15; Philippians 3:13,14; 2 Timothy 4:5-8).
