Today's Focus: GOD does not necessarily have the FINAL say in your living in Christ in this World, but YOU!
I was shocked when the Holy Spirit brought to my attention and surprised me like you just did reading today's focus above, which says GOD does not necessarily have the FINAL say in your living in Christ in this World, but YOU. However, that is the TRUTH and nothing, but the TRUTH.
JESUS CHRIST said it boldly thus:
When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, Some say that you art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. He said unto them, but whom say you that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, you art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art you, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood has not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto you, that you art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall NOT prevail against it. And I will GIVE unto you the KEYS of the kingdom of heaven:
1. And WHATSOEVER you shall BIND on EARTH shall be BOUND in HEAVEN:
2. And WHATSOEVER you shall LOOSE on EARTH shall be LOOSED in HEAVEN. (Matthew 16:13-19).
Can you go over the last two lines of the above scriptural reference again and again?
What do you think Jesus Christ was saying or revealing to you and I?
Jesus Christ is saying after giving us the KEYS (knowledge, understanding and wisdom) of the KINGDOM of HEAVEN (which talks of the knowledge, understanding and wisdom of the SPIRIT of GOD that will be indwelling us and working through us), God has already EQUIPPED and EMPOWERED us to have the FINAL say on any situation we find ourselves par time in Him (Christ) in this World. True!
Therefore:
1. Jesus Christ is saying that whatsoever, you and I allow in our lives specifically or generally on Earth, will be allowed in Heaven as well and whatsoever, you and I disallow as well on Earth, will be disallowed in Heaven as well.
2. Jesus Christ is saying that whatsoever, you and I permits in our lives individually or collectively on Earth, will be permitted in Heaven as well and whatsoever, you and I forbid as well on Earth, will be forbidden in Heaven as well.
Halleluyah! This is very encouraging and empowering, you know.
Now note, Jesus Christ did not say some things, but WHATSOEVER (that is, anything and everything) is said out from our mouth on Earth (by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God that is within us) in support or against anything, will be supported or be against in Heaven for us as well. True!
It is interesting to know and note that Heaven respond to our being in CONTROL as divine priests and be in CHARGE as divine kings of God in Christ on Earth. (Revelation 5:8-10).
That is why Jesus Christ taught us to PRAY thus:
After this manner therefore PRAY you: Our Father which art in Heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your WILL be done in Earth, as it is in Heaven. (Matthew 6:9,10).
What does this tells you and I?
Simple friend,
1. We cannot be a KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT Christians in Christ in this World, but VOCAL Christians until the WILL of our heavenly Father is done for us and others in Christ on Earth. True!
2. We cannot be PASSIVE Christians in Christ in this World, but ACTIVE Christians until the WILL of our heavenly Father is done for us and others in Christ on Eart. True!
3. We cannot be REACTIVE Christians in Christ in this World, but PROACTIVE Christians until the WILL of our heavenly Father is done for us and others in Christ on Eart. True! (Matthew 5:13-16; John 9:4,5).
Jesus Christ assuredly promised us thus:
SETTLE it therefore in your hearts, NOT to meditate before what you shall answer: For I will GIVE you a MOUTH and WISDOM, which ALL your adversaries shall NOT be able to gainsay nor resist. (Luke 21:14,15).
Read the same words of Jesus Christ above written by another Bible author thus:
But when they deliver you up, take NO thought how or what you shall speak: for it shall be GIVEN you in that same hour what you shall speak. For it is NOT you that speak, but the SPIRIT of your Father which speaks IN you. (Matthew 10:19,20).
Apostle Paul confirmed this as his SECRET to doing exploits on Earth when he said thus:
We having the same SPIRIT of FAITH, according as it is written, I BELIEVED, and therefore have I SPOKEN; we also BELIEVE, and therefore SPEAK. (2 Corinthians 4:13; Romans 10:8-10).
The challenge today is that many genuine Christians have not thoughtfully and carefully learn how to:
1. THINK par time by the ENLIGHTENMENT and TUTORSHIP of the Holy Spirit of Christ that is within them. So sad! (Ephesians 1:15-23; 1 John 2:27 Philippians 4:8,9).
2. SPEAK par time by the INSPIRATION and PROMPTING of the Holy Spirit of Christ that is within them. So sad! (Job 32:8; Matthew 10:19,20).
3. LIVE par time by the LEADERSHIP and SUPPLY of the Holy Spirit of Christ that is within them. So sad! (Romans 8:9-14; Galatians 5:18; Philippians 1:19; Philippians 4:13,19).
This must not be so with you from now. Why?
Because you will be thinking, speaking and living DISADVANTAGEOUSLY on Earth, spiritually and physically DENYING (shortchanging) yourself and others the benefits of DIVINE interventions on Earth. True!
Again, this is because God in Christ through His Holy Spirit within each of us:
1. Has given us the WORD of RECONCILIATION to revive, reconcile and restore any thing, situation and person, thinking, speaking and living contrary to the WORD, WAYS and WILL of GOD in Christ back to divine order and expectation from them. True!
2. Has given us as His divine ambassadors, the MINISTRY of RECONCILIATION to revive, reconcile and restore any thing, situation and person, thinking, speaking and living contrary to the WORD, WAYS and WILL of GOD in Christ back to divine order and expectation from them. True! (1 Corinthians 5:27-21).
That is why Bible reveals thus:
But what saith it? The WORD is near you, even in your MOUTH, and in your HEART: that is, the WORD of FAITH, which we preach; that if you shall CONFESS with your MOUTH the Lord Jesus, and shall BELIEVE in your HEART that God has raised Him from the dead, you shalt be saved. For with the HEART man believes unto righteousness; and with the MOUTH confession is made unto SALVATION. (Romans 10:8-10; 2 Corinthians 4:13; Mark 11:22-24).
But, many genuine Christians and leaders have reduce the above scriptural reference to during when unbelievers are giving their lives to Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour. That is not completely true, because the principle of BELIEVING with your HEART and CONFESSING with MOUTH is generally applicable in bringing any form of "SALVATION" in Christ to pass on Earth. True!
That is, be it:
1. SALVATION in Christ in terms of forgiveness of sin as related to sinners' repentance. (John 3:16-21).
2. SALVATION in Christ in terms of deliverance as related to bondages or dangers. (Romans 8:31-39).
3. SALVATION in Christ in terms of healing as related to sicknesses. (1 Peter 2:24).t
4. SALVATION in Christ in terms of provisions as related to lack. (Philippians 4:19).
5. SALVATION in Christ in terms of power as related to powerlessness. (John 1:12).
6. SALVATION in Christ in terms of standing no matter what as related to life challenges. (Matthew 7:24-27).
7. And so on and so forth.

We have to first undoubtfully BELIEVE with our HEARTS, God's promises in Christ to us and then, persistently CONFESS with our MOUTH the same until they become realities in our lives on Earth as it is in Heaven for us. True. (Matthew 6:9,10).
Think about it and do something about it now, because you are NOW in charge by God's authoritative PERMISSION to decide your fate on Earth as it is in Heaven for you in Christ, which will see you selflessly and sacrificially thinking, speaking and living differently from the people of the World to thinking, speaking and living according to the written Word of God in the Bible and spoken Word of God by the Holy Spirit to you par time.True! (Romans 12:1,2; Romans 8:14; Galatians 5:18; Ephesians 2:3-7).
That is why Apostle Paul counselled you and I thus:
Wherefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, WORK out your OWN salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which WORKS in YOU both to will and to do of His good pleasure. (Philippians 2:12,13).
However, make you sure you first and foremost, find out from the HOLY SPIRIT, God's WILL for your situation par time before taken up in your HEART and MOUTH to bring it to pass by desiring, praying, believing, confessing and obeying instructions on Earth. True! (1 Corinthians 2:9-16; Romans 12:1,2; Matthew 6:9,10,33; 1 John 5:14,15; Mark 11:23,24).
Apostle Paul counselled thus:
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be you transformed by the RENEWING of your mind, that you may PROVE what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, WILL of God. (Romans 12:1,2).
Furthermore, this is very important to know and note because of its spiritual importance and power to shape your LIFE on Earth and that is, don't forget to GUIDE your HEART and MOUTH (vis-à-vis your life and affairs) alright with the WORD of God and guidance of the SPIRIT of GOD that is within you. (Proverbs 4:20-27; Philippians 4:8,9; James 3; Proverbs 23:3,7; Psalm 19:7-14).
Jesus Christ Himself when on Earth physically operated so. That is, BELIEVING what He saw the Father doing in Heaven and requesting Him to do par time on Earth. Likewise, CONFESSING or SAYING what He heard the Father saying in Heaven and expecting Him to say par time on Earth. And the Bible says to us that as He us, so are we in this World. True! (John 5:30-44; John 4:34; 1 John 4:17).
Jesus Christ revealed thus:
And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have FAITH in God. For verily I SAY unto you, that WHOSOEVER shall say unto this mountain, be you removed, and be you cast into the sea; and shall NOT doubt in his heart, but shall BELIEVE that those things which he said shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he say. Therefore I say unto you, what things soever YOU desire, when YOU pray, believe that YOU receive them, and YOU shall have them. (Mark 11:22-24; 1 John 5:4,5).
Yes, Jesus Christ knew what He is saying, because as we gradually GROW in grace and faith into SPIRITUAL MATURITY as Children and Representatives of God by His Holy Spirit in us in Christ in this World, evident by our ability to HEAR and OBEY the Holy Spirit that is within us par time, we are able to exercise our divine wisdom, authority and power on Earth over Satan (vis-à-vis demons and demonized personalities) and situations to the benefit and amazement of the World and to the glory of our Father in Heaven. True! (Hebrews 5:12-14; Matthew 5:13-16).
Ponder!
We have being CHOSEN and CALLED out of the World (darkness) into the Kingdom of God (Light) to SHOW forth His PRAISE (glory). That is, to express His WISDOM and exercise His authority and POWER to reconcile men back to Him and to execute JUSTICE for the weaked, needy, poor and oppressed and to execute righteous JUDGMENT against all forms of wickedness and oppressions in wherever we find ourselves on the Earth. True! (Psalm 82; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21; Revelation 5:8-10; Romans 8:28-30).
Today's Focus from Scripture:
And I will GIVE unto you the KEYS of the kingdom of heaven: And WHATSOEVER you shall BIND on EARTH shall be BOUND in HEAVEN: And WHATSOEVER you shall LOOSE on EARTH shall be LOOSED in HEAVEN. (Matthew 16:19; Job 21:25-30 Matthew 12:34-37; Ezekiel 37:1-14).
