I discovered that many genuine Christians think that it only them that need to be GRATEFUL to God for what He has done, doing or will do for them in Christ in this World. Not really!
Recently as I was waiting on the Lord, I heard the Spirit of God whispering to me that God my Father is GRATEFUL that are I am making my life available for Him to use in this side of life. Hmm, what a great privilege!
Therefore, let me shock you with this as I am led to do today, God your Creator, Owner and Father in Christ is also GRATEFUL to YOU when you in turn give Him back:
1. Your SPIRIT (heart) to use in this World, which He previously gave to you. True! (1 Corinthians 6:13-20; Mark 12:28-30).
2. Your SOUL (mind, emotions and will) to use in this World, which He previously gave to you. True! (Romans 12:2; Philippians 4:8,9; Mark 12:28-30).
3. Your BODY (eyes, ears, mouth, hands, legs, strength, etc) to use in this World, which He previously gave to you. True! (Romans 12:1; Mark 12:28-30).
4. Your TIME (priorities, plans, programs, etc) to use in this World, which He previously gave to you. True! (Ephesians 5:15-18; Luke 18:28-30).
5. Your TALENTS (gifts, abilities, skills, professions, vocations, businesses, etc) to use in this World, which He previously gave to you. True! (Matthew 25:14-30).
6. Your TREASURES (finances, possessions, positions, popularity, etc) to use in this World, which He previously gave to you. True! (Matthew 6:19-21; Matthew 25:31-46; 1 John 2:15-17).
7. Your WHATSOEVER to use in this World, which He previously gave to you. True!
Many Christians do not know that the BLESSINGS of God in it different forms in their lives are His GRATEFULNESS or APPRECIATION for their KIND GESTURES to Him by them sacrificially giving back to Him one or more of any of the above listed parts of themselves in this selfish and greed World. True!
Jesus Christ revealed that the FIRST or GREATEST Commandment is to LOVE GOD with ALL your heart, soul, mind and strength. (Mark 12:28,29).
That is why the Bible reveals that ALL things work together for GOOD,
1. To them that LOVE God and Jesus Christ said loving Him (God) is to keep (live by) His Commandments (Word, Ways and Will). True!
2. To them that are the CALLED according to His PURPOSE. (Romans 8:28-30).
Do you want GOD to be GRATEFUL to you or increase His GRATEFULNESS (appreciation) to you in terms of answering your prayers and meeting your needs always and all the way in Christ, then increase your GRATEFULNESS (appreciation) to Him or better put, be GRATEFUL to Him by thinking, speaking and living selflessly and sacrificially HOLY according to His Word, Ways and Will in Christ for you in this World. Apostle Paul Called it a REASONABLE SERVICE to God. Also, by wholeheartedly and sacrificially giving back to Him when He request any of them from you; your spirit, soul, body, time, talents and treasures as stated above previously. (Romans 12:1,2; Mark 12:28-30; Luke 18:18-30; Matthew 25:14-30; 31-46; Matthew 6:19-21; 1 John 5:14-21).
Jesus Christ said if you LOVE me, you will KEEP my Commandments. Do you really LOVE God in Christ enough to faithfully KEEP His Word, Ways and Will at all time, no matter what? I can confidently assure you that if you can LOVE Jesus enough, God His Father is FAITHFUL and ABLE enough to meet any of your need in this World. True! Take note, take heed! (John 14:15,23; 1 Thessalonians 5:24; Ephesians 3:20).
Always remember GOD is the REWARDER of them that believe He is, walk by FAITH to PLEASE Him and diligently SEEK Him. True! Take note, take heed! (Hebrews 11:6).
