Today's Focus: What is your PERSONAL VISION from the Lord for you in Christ?
The Bible counsels you and I to patiently run the race that is set before us LOOKING unto JESUS, the Author and Finisher of our FAITH. (Hebrews 12:1-4).
This means that JESUS CHRIST is the ultimate ROLE MODEL of the Christian faith, we MUST model our LIFE (thinking, speaking and living) there on Earth after. The Bible reveals that as He is, so are we in this World. (1 John 4:17).
Where am I going?
JESUS CHRIST is the WORD of God that became flesh. JESUS CHRIST, our ultimate role model clearly knew the VISION of His Father for His life there on Earth and He WALKED (related) and WORKED (partnered) with His Father to fulfill it there on Earth before He left. In one instance, He told His disciple that His food is to do the WILL of His Father and to finish His WORK. This should be so for you, His follower, on Earth too. (Luke 4:16-21; John 4:34).
The VISION of God for your Life in Christ consists of these seven (7) dimensions:
1. The specific and unique WORD of God in Christ for your life here on Earth. Do you know it? (John 1:14; Hebrews 11:3).
2. The specific and unique WAYS of God in Christ for your life here on Earth. Do you know it? (Romans 12:1,2; Isaiah 55:6-12).
3. The specific and unique WISH (expectation) of God in Christ for your life here on Earth. Do you know it? (Jeremiah 29:11; Jeremiah 1:5-10).
4. The specific and unique WILL of God in Christ for your life here on Earth. Do you know it? (Luke 4:16-21; 1 John 2:15-17).
5. The specific and unique WORTH of God in Christ for your life here on Earth. Do you know it? (1 Corinthians 2:9-16; 1 Corinthians 3:6-15).
6. The specific and unique WALK of God in Christ for your life here on Earth. Do you know it? (2 Corinthians 6:14-18).
7. The specific and unique WORK of God in Christ for your life here on Earth. Do you know it? (Ephesians 2:5-10; Matthew 5:13-16).
Do you know you are created and saved by God in Christ in this World for a specific and unique good WORK for God, to which you are ordained to WALK in it on Earth? Read Ephesians 2:8-10.
Are you among those who the Bible says, Eyes habe not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that LOVE Him or among those who can boldly say, it has been revealed to me by the Spirit of God? Read 1 Corinthians 2:9-16 and 1 John 2:27.
Remember, where there is no VISION, the people perish. In other words, if you have no personal VISION from the Lord concerning your life and living in Christ in this World, you may perish. God forbid! (Proverbs 29:18).
Passionately and persistently SEEK the Lord now for His VISION in Christ for your life and living on Earth and your life will never be same again. This is because a whole NEW WORLD of divine principles, peace, purpose, power, performance, prosperity, progress and posterity will be opened up to you, specifically and uniquely. This is my personal experience. True!
GO for your personal VISION or DESTINY from the Lord for you and not your personal vision or destiny from yourself or from someone else for you. Go for it, because your divinely ordained earthly REVELANCE, greatness and wealth in Christ in this World are in it as well. Also, your eternal or heavenly REWARD after your time is up on Earth, is in it as well. True! (2 Timothy 4:5-8; Colossians 4:17; 1 Corinthians 3:6-15; John 17:1-5).
Always remember, inspired personal VISION from the Lord by the Holy Spirit gives DIRECTION on Earth, which is more important than speed on the Earth. (Proverbs 3:3-5; Romans 8:14).
Today's Focus from Scripture:
I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the LORD answered me, and said, WRITE the VISION, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it. For the VISION is yet for an appointed TIME, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, WAIT for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. (Habakkuk 2:1-3; Ecclesiastes 3:1-11).
